How It Works
Bison Property Group offers joint venture services which allow clients to share in the profit generated by developing. We take your existing property, conduct a thorough feasibility, design the most profitable dwelling(s), raise construction finance and project manage the build from start to finish.
To ensure the models sustainability and risk profile adherence, Bison Property Group only engage in projects which meet profitability standards and capacity limits. Due to these factors, a group intake system is adopted. Group intakes are where multiple properties are select bi-annually, and scheduled on a 12 month rolling basis with our contracting partners to ensure the resources to execute each project are on hand.
